Job Duties:Duties: Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Assist with scheduling, training and guest interaction. Train workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
Requirements: Six (6) months experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.
Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $33.00 per hour. Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus of up to $500.00. Eligible for company subsidized housing.
Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7am – 2pm, 9am – 4pm, or 4pm- 11am. Shift hours may vary.Job Classification:35-1012.00 – First-Line Supervisors of Food Preparation and Serving Workers
