Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to female patients, focusing on reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and diagnostic tests for female patients
– Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and disorders
– Provide prenatal care and assist in labor and delivery
– Perform surgical procedures when necessary
– Educate patients on women’s health issues and preventive care
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

Skills:
– Proficiency in obstetric and gynecologic care
– Ability to catheterize patients when needed
– Knowledge of internal medicine principles
– Familiarity with urology procedures related to women’s health
– Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion
– Experience with Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems
– Previous work in nursing homes or outpatient settings is a plus
– Competence in data management for patient records
– Understanding of infectious disease care protocols

Qualifications
– Medical office experience
– Basic life support certification
– Patient care skills
– Knowledge of physiology
– Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner)
– Experience in Ob/Gyn, infectious disease care, and urology
– Ability to perform physical examinations and patient assessments
– Understanding of HIPAA regulations
– Strong medical terminology and record-keeping abilities
– Proficiency in patient intake procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $275,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
