Job Duties: Lodgekeepers will be responsible for cleaning all assigned Public/Common areas of the Club in strict accordance with standards, assisting with member laundry as needed, performing a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sanitizing, and shampooing, conducting deep cleans of all Public/Common areas as assigned, ensuring all Membership Public/Common areas, locker rooms, rest rooms, departmental offices and Employee areas are cared for and inspected according to standards, following assigned checklists, cleaning instructions and meet timeliness deadlines, checking stock levels of all consumables and replace appropriately, reporting all needed maintenance issues to supervisors or management immediately, and conversing with the Membership and guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and being able to follow through on meeting those needs. This position requires climbing stairs, carrying items upstairs, and occasionally working in restricted spaces. Lodgekeepers are frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times, including OT. Work schedule can vary and can include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours will vary by location, which can be early morning, morning, afternoon, evening or late evening. Example shifts: 8:00am – 3:00pm, 9:00am – 4:00pm, or 12:00pm – 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
