Job Duties: Workers will get fields and equipment ready for crawfish season. Crawfish – repair/build traps, put traps out in fields and pick up traps from fields. Repair levees with shovel and repair pipes. Workers will drive boat 50 to 70 acres to maintain, clean, sort and re-sack crawfish.
