Job Duties: Winter Job Duties Hauling Grain to Market: Check and record stored grain quantities and quality. Schedule and coordinate grain transport to the market. Handle Loading/Unloading Inspect grain quality before transport and address any issues. Equipment Maintenance and Preparation for Planting: Perform Maintenance to farm machinery. Fix or replace damaged parts; inspect equipment thoroughly. Calibrate Equipment: Adjust settings for accurate planting. Clean and protect equipment; prevent rust.
