Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CT / Rad Technologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic radiology and possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Training Requirement:
Completion of formal radiological technologist training in an AMA approved training program.
ARRT Registered
Minimum of 6 months experience in the field of Computerized Tomography, with CT certification.
C-BLS
Preferred
MRI preferred, but not required.
Job Description:
Carrying out procedures by following established protocols, including adjusting equipment, determining appropriate voltage, current, and duration, arranging immobilization and support devices, positioning lead shielding, and selecting the correct film.
Ensuring the x-ray room and equipment are cleaned daily.
Taking on call assignments as required.
Performing quality control tasks and maintaining the necessary reports specific to the procedures conducted.
Handling general office duties such as scheduling, answering phones, filing, and coordinating patient appointments as needed.
Conducting diagnostic tests and routine maintenance on equipment.
Positioning equipment as needed, preparing the room, contrast material, and other necessary items for procedures.
Implementing radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure for both patients and staff.

Pay: $27.25 – $45.75 per hour
