Job Duties: Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers in food and beverage for food concessions and catering services. Cook food and prepare daily food items, Serve food, Take orders, expedite orders, prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines, and accept payment or make change. Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary. Balance receipts and payments in cash registers. Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints. Request and record customer orders, and compute bills using cash registers, multi counting machines, or pencil and paper.
